Arturo was born in Tijuana, Mexico and at the age of 56 he passed away in Pomona, California. Arturo is survived by his wife Yvonne, children Andrew, Andrea, and Amber, siblings Arlene, Jimmy, Alex, Oscar, Roy, and Ben.
