Alicia was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and at the age of 90 she passed away in Whittier, California. Alicia is survived by her children Francisco Tarin, Efren Tarin, Ruen Tarin, and Alfred Tarin, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews, and her godson Francisco "kiki" Parga.
