Alphonse was born in Bernalillo, New Mexico and at the age of 98 he passed away in Cerritos, California. He was survived by his children William (Connie), Henry (Maria), and Steve (Jan), 8 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. Alphonse served in Africa and Rhineland, Germany as part of the 3rd Artillery Division and was a Member of the General George Patton Division.
