Armando was born in Biscoitos Terceira, Acores and at the age of 89 he passed away in Artesia, California. Armando is survived by his loving wife Maria, daughters Fernanda Fialho and Armanda Costa, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, siblings Alvero Soares, Jose Soares, Lasalete Coelho, and Lucia Silvestre.
