Arthur was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age 66 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Arthur is survived by his loving wife Lorraine, children Artie, Paul, and Nicole, 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and his siblings Dinah, Frank, Sally, and Joseph.
