Celia was born in Artesia, California and at the age of 76 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Celia is survived by her children Sally, Johnny, Rudy, Mitchell, and Emily, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and her siblings Miguel, Bobby, and Nona. She was preceded in death by her loving husband John.
