Celia was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 93 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Celia is survived by her daughters Dianne M. MacDonald and Lisa O. Hernandez, 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and her siblings Michael, Gloria, Alice, and Eleanor.
