Cesar was born in Teocaltiche, Jalisco, Mexico and at the age of 58 he passed away in Downey, California. Cesar is survived by is loving wife Norma, children Aaron, Christian, and Esteban, 3 grandchildren, father Samuel, 2 sisters, 2 brother, and many nieces and nephews.
