Charles was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 68 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Charles is survived by his wife Adella, children Roderick Rios Van Der Linden, Laura Rios Martinez, Daniel Rios, and Ricca Bayan, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and his brother Richard Rios.
