Cruz was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and at the age of 75 she passed away in Whittier, California. Cruz is survived by her loving husband William, children Edna Salazar, Arcelia Alpizar, Mark Ramirez, and Guillermo Ramirez, and many grandchildren.
