Delia was bon in San Salvador, El Salvador and at the tender age of 93 she passed away in Downey, California. Delia is survived by her loving children Cecilia Guillen, Norma Markarian, and Ricardo Napolio Contreras, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
