Dolly was born in Phoenix, Arizona and at the age of 94 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Dolly is survived by her children Connie Delgado, Hope Avina, Michael Delgado, Robert Delgado, Sally Gaitan, Toni Delgado and Patricia Valdez along with their families.
