Elvira was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 87 she passed away in Anaheim, California. Elvira is survived by her children Joe Barrios, Jr., Ernest Barrios, Martin Barrios, and Gloria Acosta, 7 grandchildren, and her siblings David Beltran and Virginia Davila. Elvira was preceded by her loving husband Joe Barrios.
