Elvira was born in Altares, Azores, Portugal and at the age of 83 passed away in Artesia. Elvira is survived by her sons Frankie Oliveira and Manuel Oliveira, her daughter Jessie Oliveira, Lucy Islas, Maria Oliveira, and Susana Oliveira, 12 grandchildren and Elvira's sisters Teresa, Jessie, Liduina and their families.
