Emilio was born in Artesia, California and at the age of 72 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Emilio was survived by his loving wife Nancy, children Emilio III, Missy Carbajal, David, Joe Leon, and Bobby Leon, 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, siblings Robert, Miguel, and Carol.
