Evelio was born in Jerez Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 69 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Evelio is survived by his loving wife Maneula, children Jorge, Veronica, David, Jesus, and Roberto, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
