Federico was born in Michoacan, Mexico and at the age of 88 he passed away in Seal Beach, California. Federico is survived by his loving wife Josefina, children Olivia Gonzalez, Abelino Perez, Josefina Perez, Jaime Perez, Ruben Perez, Edelmyra Kontokanis, Graciela Garcia Perez, Angelita Perez Rodriguez, and Martha Elena Perez Rivas, 36 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren.
