Frances was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 66 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Frances is survived by her loving children Gina, Tanya, Matthew, Daniel, Jacob, and Deborah, 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandson and her significant other Richard Fonkert.
