Frank was born in Artesia, California and at the age of 84 he passed away in Los Alamitos, California. Frank is survived by his loving wife Gloria, children Teresa Flores, Gina Rodrigues, Frank Carrillo, Jr., Daniel Carrillo, and Edward Carrillo, 17 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
