Ida was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 67 she passed away in Whittier, California. Ida is survived by her husband Jesus, children Maria, Joseph, Chuy, and Andrea, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 9 siblings. She was preceded in death by her son Amacio.
