Jerry was born in Youngstown, Ohio and at the age of 74 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Jerry is survived by his wife Esther, sons Wayne and Patrick, granddaughter Teresa, siblings Bernice, Sally, Burton, Harry, Johnny and Fred.
