Joe was born in Compton, California and at the age of 65 he passed away in Whittier, California. Joe is survived by his loving wife Teresa, sons JoJo, Vincent and Marcus, grandsons Jayden and Justin and his siblings Martha, Richard, Sylvia, Victor, Susie and Danny. Joe was preceded in death by his son Jacob.
