Joe was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 87 he passed away in Anaheim, California. Joe is survived by his loving wife Elvira, children Joe, Jr., Ernest, Martin, and Gloria Acosta, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, siblings Armando, Alfred, Amelia, and Aurora.
