Joe was born in Ladeira Grande Ribeirinha Terceira, Azores and at the age of 70 he passed away in Downey, California. Joe is survived by his siblings Francisco Coelho, Tony Borges, dalina Goncalves and Cisaltina Lopes and many nieces and nephews.
