Jose was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 80 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Jose is survived by his loving wife Graciela, children Yesica Rodriguez, Jose Ortiz, Jr., Alma Corea, Erica Ortiz, Lilia Wootton, Amparo Gonzales, and Lupe Mata, 19 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
