Kelly was born in Long Beach, California and at the age of 47 she passed away in La Mirada, California. Kelly is survived by her loving husband James, children Dwight and Amber Lillian, mother Josephine, siblings Sean, Frank, Phyllis, and Maryellen as well as many nieces and nephews.
