Lee Arthur Williams

Lee Arthur Williams, a dedicated and caring husband, father and foster father, passed away on August 12, 2024, in Whittier, California. He was born on July 1, 1939, in McDonald, Pennsylvania. Throughout his life, Lee made a profound impact on many lives with a house full of children he fostered for over a decade, embodying the qualities of compassion, kindness, and selflessness.

Lee is survived by his beloved wife, Ilene Ellen Williams, his cherished children, Rebecca Williams and David Williams, his sister Doris Williams Kozak and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his immediate family, Lee fostered a loving community through the many children he welcomed into his home, who will remember him as a guiding and nurturing bonus father in their lives.  

A memorial service to honor Lee's life and legacy will be held on August 28, 2024, at Chapel Of Memories Funeral Home in Norwalk, California. The service will commence at 2:00 PM, with reflections on his life and contributions to his family, service to his country and community.

Lee Arthur Williams will be remembered not only for his role as a father and husband but also for his unwavering commitment to fostering love and security in the lives of many, many children. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth and generosity that will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him.
