Luis Sandoval

Luis Sandoval, born on June 21, 1945, in Amatitan, Jalisco, Mexico, passed away on September 4, 2024 in Lynwood, California. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Luis shared a profound bond with his beloved wife, Mercedes Sandoval. Together, they raised a loving family that includes their cherished children: Rocio Sandoval, Alfonso Sandoval, Jose Luis Sandoval, Carlos Sandoval, Veronica Sandoval, and Julio Cesar Sandoval. Luis took great pride in his role as a father and particularly delighted in his status as a grandfather to 17 grandchildren and as a great-grandfather to 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored deeply.

Viewing services will be held on September 20, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the Rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM, at Chapel Of Memories Funeral Home located at 12626 Woods Avenue, Norwalk, California.

A Mass to celebrate Luis’s life will take place on September 21, 2024, at 11:30 AM at St. Raymond Catholic Church, at 12348 Paramount Blvd, Downey, California. The interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery, beginning about 1:30 PM and located at 4400 Cherry Avenue, Long Beach, California.

As we gather to honor his memory, we remember Luis Sandoval for the love and joy he brought into our lives. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
