Manuel was born in Juarez, Mexico and at the age of 86 he passed away in Downey, California. Manuel is survived by his loving wife Martha, children Alfredo, Albert, Gustavo, Carlos, Ruth, Martha, and Adriana, 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and his siblings Gonzalo and Esther.
