Maria was born in San Pedro, Durango, Mexico and at the age of 73 she passed away in South Gate, California. Maria is survived by her children Jesus and Sylvia Velasco, grandchildren Johnny Angel Ramos Galvan, Louie Velasco, Daniella Velasco, Jesse Velasco, Quintin Ramos, and Anissa Ramos, and her siblings Felipe, Monica, Porotea, Candeliro, Rafaela, Rafel, and Marina.
