Oscar was born in Sonora, Arizona and at the age of 79 he passed away in Downey, California. He is survived by his children Jesus Navarro and Nancy I. Navarro, step daughters Emily M. Franco and Valorie Jones, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and his siblings Angie Medigovich, Irene Gallegos, and Rudy Navarro.
