Pitolagi was born in Utulei, America Samoa and at the age of 50 she passed away in Harbor City, California. Pitolagi is survived by her loving husband Meki, and her siblings Sinapi Hedden, Noma Fieiki, Asenati Foster, Fieiki N. Foster, Rosa N. Cheek, Branson Foster, Tina Foster, George Foster, David Foster, June Langkilde, and Frank Foster.
