Rafael was born in Durango, Mexico and at the age of 79 he passed away in Downey, California. Rafael is survived by his loving wife Francisca, children Cindy Nevarez, Adrian Nevarez, Lisett Resendez, and Rafael Nevarez, grandchildren Olivia & Emilio Resendez, and many nieces & nephews.
