Rafael was born in Cuernaca Morales, Mexico and at the age of 46 he passed away in Downey, California. Rafael is survived by his loving wife Bartola, children Rafael Jr., Briana, and Uriel, parents Carlos and Hermelinda Varela, brothers, sisters and many extended family.
