Ramon was born in Villa Lopez, Chihuahua Mexico and at the age of 82 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Ramon is survived by his loving wife Maria Elena, children Diana Noriega and Jesus Chaparro, grandchildren Monica Chaparro, Jessica Chaparro, Moises Chaparro, and Vincent Chaparro.
