Ruth was born in Los Angeles, California and at the age of 92 she passed away in Norwalk, California. Ruth is survived by her loving husband Gilbert, her children Gilbert Padilla, Jr., Dolores Orozco, Rachel Casares, and Richard Padilla, and her grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her son Martin Padilla.
