Steve was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico and at the age of 78 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Steve is survived by his loving wife Alicia, children Steve, Jr., Sallyann Smith, and David, 6 grandchildren, and his siblings Candelario, Julian, Rosa Lopez, and Ana Arraiz.
