Victor was born in Naga City, Philippines and at the age of 69 he passed away in Norwalk, California. Victor is survived by his loving wife Ofelia, children Sharon Lee, Kathrina Joyce, and Carlo Victor, grandchildren Kheisha, Athena, and Jack, siblings Myra, Emmanuel, Rene, Eva, Oscar, and Gilbert.
