Victoria was born in Taft Texas and at the age of 93 she passed away in Moreno, California. Victoria is survived by her children Irene Padron, Jesse Penilla, Carlos Penilla, and Ofelia Pena, 6 grandchildren, 12, grandchildren, sisters Cjristina Avalos, Eulaia Sanchez, and Mary Lou Ramirez. She was preceded in death by her son Richard Penilla.
