Victoriano was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and at the age of 71 he passed away in Downey, California. Victoriano is survived by his loving wife Adelaida, children Connie, Oscar, Leticia, Nasario, Ofelia, Elias, and Danny, 16 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
